The Kasseler is a salted and slightly smoked cut of pork. Necks and loins are most often used although it can also be made with ribs, shoulder and bellies.
The video work was shown on a monitor in the exhibition "Split Level" in the art space of the studierendenWERK Berlin at Potsdamer Straße 65-67 from 18 to 27 October 2019.
