main project for semester topic "Urban Nature"ca. 30 min, 8K video, one or two channel projection, 2021
The video "Mountain Lines" depicts majestic alpine landscapes in various weather conditions. The individual shots move slowly and continuously change their appearance. Certain areas of the landscapes have been changed to straight lines, alienating the natural form of the sceneries depicted. The work thematizes the human influence on nature combined with our fantasized idea of it and questions the functioning of our perception.
