As byproducts of rapid urbanization dead spaces are generally considered meaningless liminal spaces or non-places in urban landscapes. The video installation illustrates feelings of urban alienation through these undefined spaces that seem to forever remain in a state of limbo and explores the relationship between dead spaces and the sensory overload of commercial as well as virtual spaces evermore present in an urban context.
