Visual Identities in Moving Images: Creative Design with AI
Seminar (PE)In this block seminar, participants will explore the targeted use of artificial intelligence in the context of cinematic projects, with a particular focus on expanding the concept of the portrait in moving images. They will develop unseen perspectives on the construction of visual identities within the cinematic space. By working with precisely formulated prompts and custom-created datasets, AI models will be directed to unlock alternative forms of visual expression.
The course emphasizes a critical analysis of the intersections between technological developments, aesthetic practices, and cultural discourses. It examines how AI transforms and expands creative potential and aesthetic agency in the production process of moving images.
