SeminarThe focus of this workshop is on one of the most haptic and spatial forms of analog stop-motion animation. We will take a look at the theo- retical aspects of three-dimensional animated film via an overview of film history. We test and scrutinize individual animation principles in a series of short etudes that make the theory more tangible. The main focus is on the development of our own animation project ideas within the semester project 'Eins Werden' (Becoming One), which we will then implement and which will be supported by the workshop leader's specialist knowledge.
