Me, My Selfie & Identity or How to Disappear?

The self-staging has become a mass phenomenon. This semester we have been dealing with questions of our own identity, the need for self-optimization and the social constraints associated with it, and we have tried to rethink, ironically break or counteract the old cultural technique of the portrait.

The aim was to deal intensively with the design questions of the moving image within the framework of the semester's topic, to practice in dealing with image and sound media and to develop and realise independent audiovisual works. These could be experimental, documentary, essayistic, narrative, performative or interactive formats using real footage, animation techniques, digital post-production or programming.

Conditions of participation:
Admitted were students of the KuM and VK courses (BA from 3rd semester) who already have basic knowledge and practical experience in the field of film and video production.
